There are a lot of women getting upset over this commercial; frankly, I don’t know why. Why is it wrong for a company to have a target audience? Did you get upset when GoGirl came out and was target to only women? Does it upset you when Secret deodorant says that it’s “strong enough for a man, but made for a woman?” How about that Diet Coke commercial from a few years ago where the women all gather at the window to watch a (very hot) construction worker take off his shirt and drink a Diet Coke on his break? Did that offend you? This commercial did not use any barely clothed women to sell its soda like Carls Jr. has done to sell its burgers. So, I just do not understand the outrage over this commercial. I thought it was funny, and I think it’s high time there were diet drinks designed specifically with men in mind.
